Based on Psalm 31: 5-8, 19-24

*A writing from God's heart to yours...as a reminder that God is always there!

At a time, when we feel all alone and abandoned within a circumstance; that can make us feel alone...in a world of its own; a God we cannot see, steps into the darkness that's surrounding us and begins to stand on promises that were made to us many years ago. Even though we don't know what to feel or believe; He continually works out of love, to keep us free from the clutches of evil.
On our side of the trial...only dark and dismal moments stand before us; but on the other side of the trial; God is creating a path that will walk us beyond the dark clouds, into the sunshine of a new dawn.
As He begins to gently lead the way; He displays Himself to us, as a rainbow of hope; that becomes a reminder; that He is in control of the storm. As long as we look to Him; the dark clouds no longer seem to convince us of defeat. Even though the journey is hard...and what appears to be never ending; it's that glimpse of hope that reminds us that our God will never allow us to fall defeated into the hand of the enemy.
As we begin to trust in the One who is leading us through the darkness; we no longer fear the unknown that lies before us;  for we have a God who has already proven  to us; that He will always be there. Even though we had been abandoned by others; we see a love that longs to go the distance for us, which causes our trust in others, to shift to a God, whose goodness is so great.
Even when we thought that God had abandoned us...it was  only in haste that we spoke those words...through a panicking moment; that had consumed us through the darkness. Now our eyes are opened and we clearly see that our God is a faithful God...and now we know that when our hope is in Him, rather than the dark moments that enter our lives; that we can truly be renewed and strengthened...through a God, whose promises hold true.
