Boundary Lines...God's Way of Taking Control...

7/1/2018

How do we truly see God, while walking through some difficult times in our lives? Do we feel as if He has forsaken us and walked away or do we see Him as a God, whose got control over every little thing that has entered our lives?

I will never forget the first time, when God led me to Job 1:12, which reads… “And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.” What an eye opener this verse had become to me, while walking through some times in my life, when I truly had felt, as though God had forsaken me.  That day, I came to see that no matter what God allows within our lives…He doesn’t walk away; but rather, He is allowing these difficult moments for a specific reason…one that we may not fully understand at the time…but even though He may allow these difficult moments to remain for a while…He still has control stick in hand and no one can cross the boundary lines that He has placed around us!

Are you facing a time in your life today, when you feel as if God has forsaken you and walked away? If so…just know that He is in the shadows…watching every move that Satan makes and He will never allow evil to cross the boundary line that He has placed around you.

Instead of focusing on where God is right now…why not look for Him, in the moments that He has allowed within your life. One thing I know for sure…once the purpose has been served, for the moments that God has allowed within our lives; then He will broaden that boundary line even more; to a place, where Satan will not be allowed to enter!
