Heart to Heart Blog with Diane K Hiltz Chamberlain
Hello everyone! Happy Thursday night…and a big welcome to the Heart to Heart Blog! I am so glad you came for a visit tonight…and I am really looking forward to spending some time together, with you and God!

Well…it’s been a pretty good day, with lots of things to keep me busy! One thing I can say…I’m never bored! You know…I remember many long days, of being laid up, while recovering from one surgery to the next and when I look back on those times, I think that was God not only working with my heart and my life…but I also believe that was the big rest I would ever get before working full-time for Him…and you know what…for some reason I never really saw it that way at the time.

Anyways…my day started out with God and my friends on Twitter! What a great way to start out the day and even after a morning of struggling with pain, I was really looking forward to this time in my day. If you aren’t a part of my Twitter page; then I would love to invite you to come over and join me and my friends, for about an hour of inspiration every morning! Just click here, to check it out!

After a morning online, along with a few things that needed to get done around the house; it was time once more, to begin another week’s writing on Sunday Inspiration…and what a great time I had with God! I usually spend around 2 hours with God and the writing, along with some music and a little prayer. This week’s writing is titled…“Standing in the Rubble of a Broken Life.” Do you feel as if your life has shattered into many pieces, due to a trying circumstance? Does it seem hopeless and do you ever wonder when the pieces will come back together again? Have you lost pieces of your life and you wonder how life can ever come back again, without these lost pieces? If you can answer yes to any of these 3 questions…then you definitely won’t want to miss out on this week’s Sunday Inspiration. As many of you already know…I will be updating the page late tomorrow night and it will be available on Saturday…at the earliest. A link will be posted in the blog tomorrow night or you can find Sunday Inspiration, under the tab…near the top of the page, titled…“God Inspired Writings.”

Before I forget…one other thing that I may have coming soon to the website; is an audio taping of my testimony.  I have felt God prompting me to do this for a while and I would like to sit down and spend time with you, my readers…to share more of my life with you…as to what God allowed into my life and for what reason…and also how He brought me through it all; so keep your eyes open for that. I’m hoping to start this project possibly next week. Even as I speak…I may turn this into a weekly audio diary. What a great idea…and that way, you won’t have to listen to one long taping….and I won’t have to do one long taping…lol.

Well…it’s been a good day and even as I sit here this evening…the sun is slowly going down and I even see a squirrel or two in the yard. What a great day the Lord hath made! No matter what we face in this life, there’s always something to praise God for. It seems like lately, I have been praising God more, for my salvation. I can’t even imagine what it would be like, to be aimlessly lost, on a road that is heading nowhere…and what’s even worse; is to not even see it that way.

Anyways…as we end our time together this evening, I pray that we will not only keep our focus on God; but that we will be able to discover a reason to praise God, even during the worst of times. Let your heart of praise become a powerful weapon, to deaden evil in its tracks!

Well…time for dinner and then a little more work before bed. I hope you have enjoyed our time together, as much as I have! Take care and may your evening be filled with the loving and peaceful presence of God! I hope you will come back again tomorrow night, as I share more thoughts from the day, along with the goodness of a great…loving and powerful God…heart to heart!
Blessings so much on your night!
It’s Always & Only Because of Him…
Diane
