Heart to Heart Blog with Diane K Hiltz Chamberlain
Good evening everyone! Welcome tonight, to the Heart to Heart Blog! I am so glad that you came to spend some time with me tonight! I don’t know about you; but I am really looking forward to our visit this evening!

Well I am sitting here on my daybed, with curlers in my hair…cream under my eyes and some comfortable clothes, as I’m writing to you this evening. It sure feels good to sit and just relax and stop the serious thinking for a while…and just talk quietly with you!

As I’m looking out my window, it is definitely dark outside; but with the yard light on, it just makes my surroundings a lot more relaxing, which sounds really good to me tonight. One thing I can say for sure…I’m glad that you can only read what I am writing and not see what I’m looking like right now. In fact, I like to think of my evenings, as a time of repair, from a long day on the computer.  In fact…today, I was working quite a bit, after just coming back to my ministry work full-time. Let’s see…today, I started out my day by working on my writing for Sunday Inspiration, which is going to be a great writing this weekend! In fact, I was just thinking today that I don’t even remember writing on this specific subject before. I hope you will come back this weekend, to check out some really great music…a Bible reading and a very special graphic quote that I have designed for this weekend…along with a great God inspired writing!

After finishing Sunday Inspiration…which the writing alone can take about one hour, to an hour and half, I took a break for lunch and then I was back on “Max” my computer. You probably wonder why I call him Max. First of all, I used to have Jack, which was named after one of our dogs that passed away; but now he’s in retirement and is only used from time to time. Since Jack slowed down and is completely whipped out, after all those writings and manuscripts…Max is now the computer I work on daily. I call him Max because first of all, I like the name and second of all…my laptop is steel gray, which for some reason reminds me of the name Max. I used to tell my husband; that if anyone came into my office and heard me calling my computer “Max;” then they definitely would think that maybe Diane has been working a little too hard…lol. I think that after you get to know me more, you will come to see that I love to laugh and joke around! I truly believe that moments such as these are great medicine for the soul!

Anyways…back to the subject of the day. After finishing my writing for Sunday Inspiration, I began a brand new page for the website, which I am excited about…and if you come back tomorrow evening; then I just might let you know what it is. First of all…it was an idea that came from God’s heart to mine and I think that I might even enjoy it, from time to time. After working on this page some more this evening and tomorrow afternoon, I’m thinking that I may have it finished or close to being finished; so I hope you will come back, to hear about this brand new ministry webpage.

You know…this week so far has been filled with a few struggles, due to pain, while still recovering from a long and drawn out illness; but I’m learning more and more, to just keep pressing on. To be honest with you…after a short night of rest last night, I think that I would have rather taken a nap today; but I have found that there are moments, when a person just needs to keep plugging away at it…especially, when it’s Satan that’s attempting to defeat the moments that God has planned for the day.

Well…I can’t believe how fast the time has gone by tonight; but I guess I better get going; so I can eat and finish a little work this evening. I don’t know about you; but I have truly enjoyed this evening with you! I hope that you will come back again tomorrow evening, as I share my day with you, along with the goodness of a great…loving and powerful God…heart to heart!
Blessings so much on your night!
It’s Always & Only Because of Him…
Diane
