Trust in a God, who already knows the right way and the right moves to take. He will steer you clear of the obstacles in your path and He will lead you directly in His direction...and away from the direction that will only take you further down in life...praise Him!!
I like to think of the heart as a garden. We can either allow the weeds of circumstance to overtake the heart or we can let God pluck them up; so He can produce new growth within the heart; that can eventually be a harvest of His goodness!
When your problems have emptied every chamber of the heart and life seems so alone; don't keep everything shut up; but rather, open up your heart...put out a welcome mat and let God come into those empty spaces!
Walking in the footprints of Christ means that we are willing to leave our own behind. When we choose to walk in our own man made footprints; then we will only come to see how exhausting it can be, while these footprints never lead us anywhere in life.
The greatest place to be, while facing overwhelming moments of affliction; is not in the rubble of the problem but rather under the wings of a powerful and loving God. When we choose to rest there; God will take over and work with the problem, while we rest in the peaceful presence of a God who encircles us, with wings of sustaining love and protection.
Why do we hold so tightly to our problems, when we have a God that we can share every thought and feeling with? Last night, after letting go of everything from my day; God was replacing these moments with a perfect peace. Let go and let Gods peace fill every chamber of your heart!
Today, you may feel as if life has crumbled down around you. Let me encourage you; to let God take the ashes of the rubble...for He will use the ashes that were meant for destruction and He will make something new and beautiful once more in your life. PRAISE HIM...for He IS God!
When we focus on God's grace and who He truly is, rather than the storms we face; then His sun will shine through the darkened moments...and others won't see the dark clouds; but rather, they will see the clear skies...beyond the darkness...where God's presence shines thru. Amen!
