Hello everyone! It’s so good to have you with me today, on Moments Spent with God! I pray that God will truly touch our hearts in a very special way; that we may gain new strength, for the difficult moments that we may be facing today!
You know…there can be moments, when we wonder if God really cares. We experience pain and we go through deep heartache…along with other deep embedded problems and we begin to wonder why a God of great power and love would even think of allowing us to go through these difficult times.
These thoughts have not only gone through my mind in the past, while facing long years of pain and heartache; but there can even be times with this ministry, when I wonder if these difficult moments will ever cease to exist anymore.
I remember the first time that God was beginning to lead me into ministry work. One of the first thoughts that went through my mind was that most of the suffering was behind me and now I would live a much easier life. Boy was I wrong about that!
Through time, I did come to see that these battles we face will probably be a constant struggle, until the time we enter heaven because as long as we are committed to God; Satan is always going to be working overtime to take us away from Him and the only way he can seem to do that; is to work at our weaknesses and create battles within the soul that are being used to weaken us further, so we will give in and walk away from God.
Again we ask the question…does God even care? Oh yes He does because you see…sometimes God’s way of caring for us; is allowing us to face these difficult times, so we will grow stronger and leave the weak moments behind.
Do you realize today; that for each time we are strengthened through our trials; that these become the moments, when we rise one step closer to God and one step further away from evil? This is where God’s love steps in, as He uses what we see as defeat, to not only strengthen us but also as a means of keeping us closer to Him and further away from the clutches of evil.
The next time you feel that God doesn’t care; start looking for the reason, as to why God may have allowed Satan to afflict you and let God use these difficult moments for His good and for your good, rather than allowing them to abuse you needlessly.
Today, we need to realize that when we allow these difficult moments to reign and rule over our lives; that we are not only suffering needlessly but we are also preventing God from working in a loving way, to lift us high above these moments that are attempting to keep us weak.
No matter what you may be facing today; just know that God is showing you just how much He cares for you, through the difficult moments that He allows into your life. Let God work…for He knows what’s best and once He has completed the plan He has for your life; you will come to see just how much God loves and cares for you.
Blessings on your day!
It’s Always & Only Because of Him…
