Last night...before going to bed, I was reading in I John 4 and as I continued through the chapter, I had quite the eye opening experience with God, after reading I John 4:20, which says... "If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?"
You know...when we can love a God that we cannot see...truly, with all our hearts; then that love should be even easier to share, with those we see each day. How often do we take the words we speak for granted? It's so easy to speak the three words that say... "I love you" but have they only become empty words, while the heart tells a different story?
As I closed my time with God last night; this is what I wrote... "Lord, help me to love my neighbor; that you may truly know that I love you!" Now that's a wow factor to me!!
