Hello everyone…and a very happy and blessed Monday to you all! Here we go…another new week with God…and I don’t know about you; but I am anticipating His every move, in this brand new week ahead…praise Him!!
This morning, it is so good to see the sunshine, after several days of storms and unsettled weather. As I’ve been sitting here…thinking on this; God has reminded me of one thing…and that is how He can truly make everything beautiful in His time. It was just a few days ago; that the skies turned dark gray and the snow came falling down; but this morning, there are beautiful shadows of the trees laying across the snow, while the snow itself seems to be producing a beauty that appears to be an awesome portrait before my very eyes.
One thing that God has shown me through all of this; is that the storms that had at one time appeared to be destructive and unsettling, have now been definitely turned around, by the hand of almighty God…and can now be seen as something beautiful…
something that can truly bring joy back into the heart.
As we continue on, I would like to share a Bible verse with you, from Ecclesiastes 3:11…and we read…“He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.”
You know…it seems that when a storm hits us head on…we panic and we become so caught up in every symptom of the storm…to the place that we imagine the very worst. Then before we know it…we have allowed the storm to make life even more miserable; then what God intended.
One thing I am seeing more and more within my own life; is that when we focus so deeply on the storm; then we become so caught up in the storm…that we don’t stop to realize that God is there for us, even in the midst of the storm. Just think…even though God may allow a storm within our lives; He already knows how it’s all going to work out, from start to finish…so why should we worry?
We need to remember today; that God doesn’t allow storms into our lives that will take us to destruction. Even though He may use a storm to teach us something…or use the storm for some other reason…He still has control over that storm, as I have seen many times within my own life.
Another thing that we need to remember; is that these storms also become a test. In other words…will we succumb to the storm or trust God through the storm. If we can just remember that God already sees ahead of the storm…and knows where these storms will eventually take us in life; then that alone should help us to live with a calm assurance; that everything will be alright.
Maybe you are facing a tough storm in your life right now. Maybe the wind and rain of circumstance is whipping you around; to the place, where you have felt as if these moments may lead you to total destruction. Remember one thing…you may be experiencing the storm…but our Lord is on the other side of the storm, where the sun is shining…and all we have to do is listen for His voice…and allow Him to walk us out of these moments, into the very best He longs to give us in the end. Are you willing to keep pressing on? Are you listening for that still small voice within your spirit; that can help you to walk out of the difficult storm you’re facing right now? If so…then you will come to truly see, as I have; that everything can be made beautiful in His time…AMEN!
Well…time for me to begin my day. Thank you Lord, for the hope you continually give us…and I pray that you will bless and be close to everyone who is walking through a storm at this time; that they may cling to the hope you have given them today…a hope that will reassure them; that everything will be made beautiful with time…Amen!!
Have a great Monday everyone…take care and I will hope to see you soon!
Many…many blessings on your day!
It’s Always & Only Because of Him…
