“The good man does not escape all troubles—he has them too. But the Lord helps him in each and every one.” Psalm 34:19
“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” Romans 12:21
“And when you draw close to God, God will draw close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and let your hearts be filled with God alone to make them pure and true to him.” James 4:8
Hello everyone and a big welcome to Sunday Inspiration…through the Risen Hope Ministries! I am so glad you decided to stop by and my prayer for you today; is that you will truly find God to be the remedy, for whatever is ailing you!
The other day, I was talking with my husband about something…in relation to what I had just written that day and as we were talking, I was saying to him that there is a difference between having a problem and being connected to that problem. As an example…if we noticed that there was a burned outlet in our wall…that would be a problem; but as long as we don’t plug into that outlet; then the problem remains for now…until it’s fixed; but that’s as far as it goes.
Do we truly understand the consequences that could take place, when we choose to connect ourselves deeply to a problem? Plugging ourselves into something; that could put ourselves at further risk of more problems, may only burn us out and take us further down, where we could end up facing much more than what we first started out with.
We need to remember that God is the only One, who is strong enough to deal with our problems. When we choose to go on our own and connect to something that we have no means to cure; then we soon find that we have fallen into the trap that Satan intended to place us in…through the problem.
You know…we may never be able to escape the problems that come our way; but what hope we have…knowing that God can take anything that seems so puzzling and impossible to us and make it work for something good in our lives…that is, after we are willing to hand the problem over to Him and admit that we can’t fix these problems on our own.
Yes…we may be sitting in our homes today with a problem…a problem that seems so overwhelming and out of control; but what we see as something so big…God sees the problem as not only something that is easy to fix; but also can be used to create something better for our lives. As Satan plans and plots his ways to defeat us; God is in the background…looking for a way to use it for His honor and glory…so you see, even though it’s called a problem…it’s really no problem.
Today…as you read this writing, you may be dealing with a problem that seems like a mountain. In fact, you may even be sitting there…trying to find your own way around this mountain of a problem; but may I encourage you today, to leave it with God. From what I have experienced in the past…dealing with a problem on our own, only leads us to further problems. We need to come to grips with what is happening and realize that we are going to need a powerful God to step in and remove this mountain of a problem and the only way that’s going to happen; is when we give Him permission to do so.
My prayer for you today; is that you will find the strength to let go and allow a big God, to handle this giant problem you’re facing. I believe that once you do so; this is when you will truly begin to see how these problems can really become no problem at all, in the eyes of God!
Blessings on your Sunday!
