September 10, 2019 | Good evening...

Good evening everyone! Well...we've reached the end to another day...and I truly hope that you had a good one! It's been another very busy day for me...but God has been good! I don't know what I would do without Him...as He is constantly walking me through each moment of the day...praise you Lord!
These past two days have been very trying days for me, as I have been experiencing more sleepless nights, due to pain. In fact...yesterday and this morning, I felt on edge, as if every nerve in my body was more alive than me. Before leaving my office in the morning...I have been asking God to sustain me and keep me moving forward, with happiness, joy and peace...and you know what...He has done just that! 
You know...we all can have moments, when we are filled with the unsettled feelings of life. Moments like these can cause our minds to be filled with all sorts of thoughts; but I have truly found; that when I ignore what is attempting to take over my thoughts...to give it to God and ask for His help...that He does have a way of comforting me, while bringing the high levels of anxiety down...to a place, where I can get through these times much easier. 
When I grew up...I had a father who handled his problems with anger...which in turn, taught me how to handle life's problems in the same way. It's taken some time and a lot of leaning on God; but each day...I can see where He is making me stronger and less in tune, with the feelings and emotions of the past. 
No matter what we question or struggle with in life; there is a God, who can help us through these times. I have come to see that He knows just what we need...to bring us down to a place, where we can experience peace and a calming feeling that truly can come from His heart to ours.
Maybe today, you have had a day, where all you have felt is anxiety and an overwhelming feeling of despair. Turn to God this evening and ask Him to replace those feelings, with a comforting peace...and one thing I can truly say...He will do that for you!
Well...as we close another day, I pray that God's peace will surround you...to calm the troubled moments of the day; that you may truly experience the rest you need...before beginning another new day!
