Based on Romans 8:15-18

*Let this God inspired writing...from His heart to yours; be a reminder that nothing
is too difficult to overcome...and nothing will ever outweigh an eternity free from suffering!
As children of God, it was never meant for us to live with a spirit of fear...for fear only connects us with the one who afflicted us. In other words...Satan attached fear with the "thorn of affliction," as a means of keeping us deeply connected with the suffering. We must remember, as Christians; that we are connected with a perfect God of love...and once we allow that perfect love to override fear; then these moments of fear that attempt to overtake us, will no longer hold its controlling power over us.
Moments of suffering can seem endless and they can even attempt to make us believe that we have been struck down, by this most powerful God that we have come to believe in. Little do we realize that this could very well be a deceptive lie...one that can drain us of hope, while attempting to make us distant from God.
It's only through times of suffering; that we truly come to connect with One, who understands the meaning of suffering...for Jesus was the first, to walk through deep, dark moments of temptation, while suffering endless moments of pain and agony. This journey to the cross not only became an act of deep love; but also a battle, as Satan used every ounce of power within himself, to stop the moments that could save a dying world, for all of eternity. So now...as we have chosen to follow the path of Jesus...we too endure battles that come through pain and deep moments of suffering, as Satan attempts to remove our souls from the presence of God.
A question remains..."Can we look to our Father in heaven...just as Jesus did...and trust Him, to bring us through these difficulties...into a brand new dawn...or will we choose to fall prey to these difficult times and lose out in the end? The hope we live with...is just as Jesus overcame the cross; we too can overcome life's difficult moments of suffering through Christ.
These moments of suffering that we see with our own eyes may attempt to convince us that they are just too much to handle; but when we slow down and compare them to an eternity that will be completely free from suffering; then we begin to feel a renewed hope spring up within us...a hope that we can truly make it through these difficult times...AMEN!!
