Hello everyone…and a very happy and blessed Friday to you all! I hope that your day is off to a good start…and that you will ALWAYS know in your heart that time does change things…no matter what we face; for each new day is a gift from above…one that God uses to replace our yesterdays with something brand new…Amen!!
This morning, I was thinking on how these difficult times we're living in, can attempt to make us believe that this is the way it will always be…to the place where we become overwhelmed with life. Little do we realize, during times such as these…that time does have a way of changing things. Even though the picture we see before us right now is attempting to make us believe that this is the way life will always appear to be…time does keep moving this still picture along, which with time can take us away from these hard and difficult moments we're experiencing. As I continued to go on with the thoughts that God had placed upon my heart this morning; He led me to a Bible verse in Ecclesiastes 3:1, which reads… "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:" Just think…God has a time for everything in life…and each moment of that time can move us on towards something brand new…for it says in Isaiah 43:19… "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."…and people…God cannot begin something new in our lives or in this world, without time taking us there with Him. Do we realize today…or even think on where time can take us? These problems we're facing in this world can make time seem as if it has stood still; but when we are willing to look beyond these dead end moments…we do come to see that a new way is being made right before us…a way that with time, can take us right through the wilderness of despair and the wastelands that are attempting to make us believe that this is where we will always reside. You know…I think that we become so engulfed in where we are at the moment…and how bad it seems…that we begin to believe that this is what life will always be. If we could only focus on where time can take us, rather than where we are at this present time; then I believe with all my heart…that thoughts such as these, would become a beacon of hope…to take us through these darkened moments. No matter how difficult life seems to be at this time; we must remember that these times won't always be with us…for God will take hold of each moment of time and use these moments to walk us through…what seems to be a dead end street; so hold on and ALWAYS know that with each passing day…God will make all things new…Amen!
