Hello everyone and a very happy and blessed Tuesday to you all! I sure hope that you are having a good day…and I truly pray with all my heart…that you will come to see that no matter what you may face in this life…that you can go way beyond yourself and the problem…to go the distance with God…Amen!!
Yesterday afternoon, my health seemed to go in a different direction…one that has truly become more of a struggle for me. In fact…this morning, I was tempted to stay in bed and rest…but that was only until God began to allow his loving Spirit to speak to my heart and encourage me. It was through a song that I had been recently listening to…that God began to remind me, as to how I could walk beyond these weak moments and go the distance with Him.
You know…isn't it amazing, as to how we can become so caught up in what we are experiencing at the time; that we begin to deeply focus on the weakness we're experiencing and where it has taken us…even to the place where we forget that God's perfect strength can supersede these weak moments and take us to places in life that we could have never reached on our own.
As I was looking through some Bible verses this morning; God took me to a verse that He used in my life, at a time when all hope was gone…and this Bible verse is found in Psalm 18:29, and we read… "For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall."
You know…a circumstance can get in our way and begin to feel so overpowering; that we feel as if we will never be able to get through it or around it. In fact…there have been times, when I have felt as if I have run into a wall that just won't move….and while experiencing moments such as these, we can feel like giving up; but that is only because we say to ourselves… " I just don't have the strength to knock anything down or climb over it anymore." If we could only go beyond these words and come to realize that there is a power that can kick into overdrive for us…a power that can help us to run through a troop of demons and leap over a wall of circumstance; then I believe that we would receive the strength and power we need to plow threw it all…and overcome the moments that were meant to keep us down and out of commission with God…and even life itself.
Another Bible verse that I would like to share with you before we close our time together…one that has truly become hope for me is found in Mark 10:27, and we read… "And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible."
We need to remember that these circumstances that get in our way and attempt to make us give up, have been programed by Satan to do that. You see…a circumstance just doesn't enter our lives; but it's meant to make us believe that it is truly greater than ourselves…and what happens when we begin to believe this; then from there we just don't see a reason to go on…so we fall prey to its ways and become stuck in the muck and mire of despair. Even though these moments can seem so convincing…there is a solution to this problem…one that Satan doesn't want us to take hold of…and that is found in a power that can go the distance for us, when we just can't seem to trudge on anymore.
No matter what you may be facing…and no matter how impossible it may seem at the time, just know that there is One who can give you the strength to leap over the walls of circumstance that evil has placed before you…and the only thing you have to do is walk beyond yourself and ask for God's help…and from there, He will go the distance for you.
Have a very blessed day…and I will hope to be with you again tomorrow! God bless!
