Never Out of His Care

11/26/2021

Hello everyone…and a very happy and blessed Friday to you all! I hope that your day is going well…and that you had a very blessed Thanksgiving! As we begin our time together today, my prayer is that we will ALWAYS feel the depth of God's loving presence surrounding us…no matter what we may face…Amen!!
Throughout these past few days I've been struggling on and off with my health. In fact, I didn't know if I would be writing today; but I decided that I needed to sit in the presence of God…and just draw from His strength and His goodness, rather than keeping company with a weak problem.
As I was listening to some music the other night; I was reminded, as to how we are never out of God's care…and this is what I have been experiencing the most these past couple of days. In fact…one of the reasons why I chose to come online today; was to share one of my experiences with you, as a means of bringing hope and encouragement to you too.
Before we even begin to talk about me, I would like to share a Bible verse with you that God used to minister to my own heart last night and it's found in Isaiah 46:4, and we read… "And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar (gray) hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you." In other words…once we accept Jesus into our hearts…He's there to stay; and no matter how many years pass by, He will continue to carry us through the hard and difficult times of life. Just think…if He's proved Himself faithful before; then He will continue to prove Himself faithful once more.
You know…I think that sometimes we feel that God has abandoned us; because we are looking for God to work out our problem, in the way we feel He should. We must remember that the only way that He can bear us up and carry us over an obstacle; is to first let go of ourselves; otherwise, we will only find ourselves bouncing off of a brick wall, which will only keep us where we are.
The other day, as I was working in the kitchen…prepping for our Thanksgiving meal, I began to experience quite a bit of pain, which really isn't unusual for me. Anyways…a few days before that, I had ordered something new and natural, to help with the pain…and I was really looking forward to trying it. Anyways…as the pain continued to become more intense, I began to ask God more and more for His help. I would say that within a very short time, Keith came walking into the kitchen with the mail…and as he handed it to me…there was the natural medicine that I had ordered, which wasn't suppose to arrive yet.
People, there is one thing I know…we are never out of the Lord's care; and what I experienced the other day, wasn't the first for me. Even as I sit here today…recovering from all I've been through these past few days; God has encircled me with His peace and strength…a strength that has helped me to rise above the despair in my day and write you.
You know…I think the reason why we don't always experience God's loving care; is because we aren't always looking in His direction…to anticipate His best. In other words…just maybe we are so tied up within our own thoughts…and even all that is taking place at the time; that we just don't always see the handprint that has been left behind…a handprint of His love and faithfulness.
No matter what you may be experiencing today, may I encourage you to look for God in all that is taking place around you, rather than what is overwhelming you at the time. When we choose to pray and anticipate God's next move; that is when we will truly come to see that we are never out of His loving care…Amen!
Have a very blessed day…and remember that God never grows tired of the moments we put Him through!
God bless…and I will hope to be with you again on Monday!
It's Always & Only Because of Him…
Diane
