Hello everyone...and a very happy and blessed Monday to you all! I sure hope that your day is going well! For me, it's back to another busy week; but praise God that He's running the show!
Yesterday, as I was enjoying some time off from everything that I had been doing lately, my mind was drifting back to all the busyness of this past week...and from there, I began to realize that I had only had a short time off to relax. As I began to think on this more, I was also being reminded that my Monday wasn't going to be as busy as what I first thought, which helped me to realize that God had already been ahead of my thoughts...preparing to give me a little more time off to relax. You know...we can become so easily caught up in everything that is taking us down at the time; that we find ourselves completely bypassing a God who can help and lift us back up to our feet, during the hard and difficult times of this life. No matter how difficult your day may seem to be right now, may I encourage you to look at your day through God's eyes. One thing I know...He will show you a completely different view...one that can exchange your anxiety for His perfect and loving peace...amen! Have a very blessed day...and I will hope to see you soon! God bless! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane

Hello everyone! I truly hope that you are enjoying your Sunday and your time alone with God! I'll tell you...there is no other One to turn to, especially while walking through some very discouraging times!
These past few days for me have been very challenging moments, as I was separating the cleaning of my home into 3 days, due to the condition of my legs. As I walked through each difficult moment with God, I could see how He was holding me up and allowing me to finish what needed to be done. You know...as I look back on these past couple of days, I have come to see that if I would have focused on the pain and weakness in my legs, rather than God; then I probably would have given up altogether. So many times, I think we easily fall into Satan's trap and believe what is before us at the time and how bad it really is...to the place where we just want to give up; but I have truly come to see over a lifetime of pain and deep heartache; that when we push beyond these moments and remain close to the One who can help us and keep us lifted up with His almighty strength; then we will come to see that even though our thoughts may be attempting to convince us that we can't...we really can...praise Him! Have a very blessed day and I will see ya soon! God bless! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane Hello everyone...and a very happy and blessed Saturday to you all! Well, today is a brand-new day and God is about to fill this day with new possibilities and new beginnings...and I praise Him for that!
Well, I don't know what you may have planned for the day; but I'm going to finish up a 3-day cleaning of my home. There used to be a day, when I could do it all at once; but as my legs have worsened over time, I find it much easier to split it up...which is reminding me of one thing right now; that when we have a will or desire to do something...then there is always a way. One thing I have learned over time; is that the words "I can't" only seems to put up a roadblock that keeps us from doing the things we truly want to do. I think the one thing that has kept me going all these years...is first God: but also a deep desire to push through the difficulties of my life...and have a life. In fact, I mentioned recently to my husband that this way of living for me, has actually kept me from giving up on life altogether. Maybe today, you are struggling through some hard times...and the words "I can't" seem to be keeping you from pressing on. May I encourage you today, by saying that even though you may feel that you can't make it through this time in your life...God can help you to make it...believe me, I know; and all you have to do is turn humbly to Him and admit that you are struggling and ask Him for His help...and one thing I know...He will come running...and He will lift you up and let you lean on His perfect strength....and from there, He will walk you through these dark moments in your life. May you truly have a blessed day! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane Hello everyone! I hope your day is going well! I just finished tomorrows writing...and now I'm just spending a few quiet moments alone with God, before completing the remainder of this day.
You know...as I look back on my life, I see many times when I just didn't feel cared for. If we live with reality...moments such as these can become a painful time in our lives; but I think that this is only because we are feeling the emptiness left behind, through these uncaring moments. The one thing that has truly filled the empty voids within my own life...and has truly made my life complete; is knowing how much Jesus really cares for me. At first, I didn't see it that way, because I felt that if others didn't care about me; then why would Jesus ever take the time to care for someone such as me; but through time, He not only showed me that He cared for me through His word; but He also made it very well known. Today, if you are also feeling tossed to the side and uncared for, just know that Jesus will ALWAYS love and care for you...for I am living proof, of His undying love and care for each of us. Have a very blessed Friday...and I'll see ya soon! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane Hello everyone...and how is your Wednesday going? I'll tell you...my morning has been a busy one; but God has kept every thought intact...praise Him for that!
As I'm looking out my window right now, I am seeing a very dark and dismal day, with freezing temperatures...a day that seems to be revealing no hope of ever seeing the sunshine again. You know what...we can also experience days like this within our own lives...moments that can try to convince us that life will never be bright and cheery again; but today, I would like to encourage you, by saying that the sun will shine again. Even though the storms may enter our lives...they do eventually come to an end...and once they end; that is when the sun shines brightly once more; so, if you are facing one of these dark and dismal moments in your life, just know that the sun will shine again. It may not be right now; but the hope we can hold to today; is that darkness must turn to light, when we have Jesus in our lives. Have a very blessed day...and ALWAYS know that God's got you! See ya soon! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane |
