Hello everyone...so how is your Monday? Lately, I have been observing the fear that has been taking place around me, due to these troubled times, so I thought that I would stop by for a moment and share a word of encouragement, from God's heart to yours.
You know...I have to be honest with you; there has been one thing that has been on my mind a lot lately...and that is how some Christians have been spreading fear, by setting others into a panic, as though the world was about to go into a black out and end. One thing I definitely know; is that God didn't give us a spirit of fear; but rather of love and we should be bringing hope to others at this time, rather than encouraging others to stockpile and prepare for something that may never happen. As I was thinking on this, God led me to a couple favorite Bible verses in Psalm 23: 1,4, and we read... "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 4)Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." Just think, when we are walking side by side with the Lord through these troubled times, we will have no need of anything; because He will always be there with us, to provide along the way. Then in verse 4, we are reminded that even though we may walk through some troubled valleys, we have nothing to fear, for the Lord is with us all the way. Now this is hope! When we see the world's reaction to all that is taking place right now, it is understandable that they would react in such a panicking way; but as Christians, we should encourage each other...uplift each other and believe in the words that the Lord has given us, as a means of hope during these troubled times. No matter how scary this world may seem to you right now, may I encourage you to rest in the loving arms of Jesus and remember His words to us; that He would never leave us or forsake us. When we are encouraged in this way; then our hearts will find it easy to reach out and encourage someone else in need. Today, I pray that you will find peace, while walking through these darkened valleys...and that you will truly know in your heart that God's got you...and especially this world you're living in... Amen!! Have a very blessed day...you're in my thoughts & prayers! God bless you so much! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane

Hello everyone...I hope you're having a nice day. With all that is taking place right now in this world, I thought that I'd stop by for a moment and share a word of encouragement with you today...something that can remind us that God is with us, while facing these troublesome times.
You know...I don't know about you; but I could use an extra dose of peace in my day. With all that goes on around us...and even in our own personal lives, we can find ourselves struggling to remain above the troubled waters. As I was sitting here this morning...looking out onto another new day, God began to take me back to a very familiar Bible verse in John 14:27, which reads... "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." During these times we're facing, we can find ourselves falling prey to an anxious spirit...one that takes us from one worrisome thought to another; but God is reminding us today that we don't have to face these troublesome times alone; for He is offering us a perfect peace that can help us to rest in Him. You know...I'm finding more and more that all we need to do is nestle into the loving hands of God and let His presence surround us...with not only peace, but also safety. When we are sheltered in His loving presence; then this perfect peace He's offering us...begins to shower down upon us, which can make every troubled moment around us seem more distant from us. No matter what may be troubling you right now...why not take hold of the gift of God's perfect peace and allow His spirit to overshadow you with a peace that can calm any raging storm that may be surrounding you at this time. You know...this world can make us feel as if we are falling into a pit of destruction; but when we choose to accept the gift of God's perfect peace, I have come to see that these troublesome times seem to melt away; so, let go of what's troubling you...lay back and let the droplets of God's perfect peace shower down around you...Amen! Have a very blessed day and remember that God's got you...and even this world we live in! God bless you so much! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane Hello everyone...and how are you doing today? I have been going through a very difficult week...and didn't even really know if I would be writing you on here...or even on the blog tomorrow; but as I cried out to God for His strength...and especially for His help; He led me to an old writing, in one of my books and from there, He began to minister to my heart. I just love it when God works in this way. Moments such as these just have a way of breathing life back into a person...and this is one of the reasons I love Him so!
Anyways, after reading the writing that He had led me to earlier, I began to reconnect with Him and within a short time, I began to write the words that He longed to share with your heart tomorrow, which will be posted on my blog... "A Heartfelt Moment with God." ...and the title of the writing will be " Are You Living on Yesterday's Strength?" If you are struggling to make it from one day to the next and you feel as if you just can't continue on, in the way that you are feeling at this time; then I would really encourage you to check out this great God inspired writing. I know it blessed my heart as I wrote it...and even helped me to perceive the difficult moments I'm walking through in a much better way. Well...it's time for me to go to my kitchen and prep some dinner for tonight and then get back to work; but I truly hope and pray that you will find Christ's strength today...and even more, I pray that you will find His strength to be made perfect, through whatever form of weakness you may be going through at this time! God bless you so much! Take care and I will see you soon! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane Hello everyone...and how is your Wednesday? I've been enjoying some very special moments alone with God this morning...and I'll tell you...it doesn't matter how tired I am... or how much pain I may feel; when I am sitting in the presence of God, nothing seems to matter but Him!
You know...maybe you are reading this right now and you feel as if the light has gone out in your heart. Maybe you feel as if nothing can change what you are experiencing at this time. If so, then there is no need to fear; because I know of a God who will step in and be everything you need...One who will hold your hand and enlighten your heart with His loving presence...and all you have to do; is to lay every weak moment before Him and let Him take hold of what you may feel too weak to hold onto. One thing I know for sure...once you do this; that is when these darkened and weakened moments will once more come back to life...and God will continue to walk you through the moments that just seem so hard for you to walk through on your own. Today, if you are feeling as if you barely have the strength to continue on...and every moment seems so enormous and overwhelming to you; then I would encourage you to check out tomorrows writing on the blog, titled... "I Don't Think I Have Enough Strength to Make It." Yes, there may be a beginning to these hard and difficult times we face; but one thing I have truly come to see; is that there is ALWAYS an end to what we go through, when we have God walking with us; for He knows the way and how to lead us and give us the strength we need, to walk out of these weakened moments of despair…so never give up. Have a very blessed day...and I'll see ya soon! May God truly bless your heart with His loving presence! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane Hello everyone...I hope your Tuesday is going well! This morning, I have been facing a lot already; but one thing I have truly come to see; is that when we just can't get through something...God can do it for us. Remember one thing...you are never alone; for there is a God who can take us above weakness and fill us with a strength that can truly lift us high above despair; but we will never know that, when we choose to give into the weaknesses that may have entered our lives.
Even through these chronic issues I've been facing this morning, I have experienced a God who can do what I feel I can't! In fact, He shared some awesome words, from His heart to mine and I hope you will check them out tomorrow, on my blog... "A Heartfelt Moment with God." The title for tomorrow's writing will be... "I'm Trying my Best but my Situation is Only Getting Worse." How many of us have felt this way so many times in our lives? Come and discover a remedy to this problem...and connect with a God, who longs to be your everything...a God who can make all things possible in your life, even when you feel you can't. Have a very blessed day...and I will see ya soon! It's Always & Only Because of Him... Diane |
