A Gift that Lives On...

Bible readings...

Hello everyone…and a big welcome today, to Sunday Inspiration…through the Risen Hope Ministries! I am so happy to have you with me today…and my prayer for all of us; is that we will come to experience a true and living hope; that not only came into this world, to die for our sins…but to also become the living hope; that would be there for us, during our deepest hour of need!

You know…I can’t even begin to feel what Mary must have felt, as she looked into the eyes of Jesus! What an experience…to know that God had chosen her, to bring His only Son into this world…a Son who would display a love that had never been felt before…as He would grow up, to die for the sins of many. Even though Satan felt that Jesus’ death would be the end of all hope in this world…it was Jesus’ resurrection that actually became the beginning of all He longed to offer us, here on earth.

I wonder why we see our circumstances, as a path…leading us further and further away, from the hope that already stands before us. Don’t we realize that we are surrounded by Jesus’ presence each day? It seems as though we become so caught up in what is taking place…through the circumstance; that before we know it; we are allowing these thoughts to take us away from the manger and the cross…and especially the hope that was given to us, through these moments in time.

There is something very special that I have come to see this Christmas! Just think…a time came, when Jesus was held…cradled and loved by Mary; but now His Spirit longs to love…hold and cradle us in His arms of love! For what I see before me…this story lives on…for it’s His loving Spirit that longs to be with us…to care for us and comfort us, during the very difficult times of our lives.

Why should we view our circumstances, as the beginning of no hope? Why do we allow them to convey messages that only take us further away, from the hope that Jesus has brought to us? Today, we need to be as the kings and shepherds…and continue to seek and look for the true Messiah…the One, who will not only save us from our sins; but from a total pit of destruction.

One thing we need to realize today; is that Jesus was not only born into this world, as a means of saving our souls from hell; but it was also His desire to continue on from there and be here for us and with us, during our deepest and darkest hour of need.

When we choose to accept Jesus into our hearts…it doesn’t end there…for He longs to offer every benefit of hope that He can give us…to help and sustain us through this life. Don’t allow Jesus to remain locked up within your heart; but let His life continue on, as He longs to work in and through you!
Blessings on your day!
It’s Always & Only Because of Him…
Diane
