Hello everyone…and a happy and very blessed Friday to you all! I hope that your day is going well…and that you will truly experience the hand of God upon your life today…AMEN!!
Well…my day started out early…with snow falling down all around me, which reminds me of a poem I wrote many years back, titled… “God’s Tears”…and a little of it goes like this… “Dew drops fall from Heaven…His sweet tears water each growing thing; tears that have that special touch, for the flowers to bloom in the spring. Dark clouds form, and the rain falls, as He weeps; is He lonely and forgotten and hurt, while a world is too busy or sleeps. Snow begins to fall…His frozen tears cause a deep sleep to cover the land; it’s His blanket of frozen tears; that keeps all creatures safe in His hand.” You know…God has a way of caring for all of creation…and I praise Him that He is here for me…no matter what I face. Even though these uncertain and painful moments in our lives can sometimes allow fear and doubt to creep into the heart…one thing I can say today; is that I am sure that God will always be there for us; and I know without a doubt; that He is there to meet every one of our needs. The other day, I shared a Bible verse with you, from Matthew 6:26…so today, I would like to add a few more verses from Matthew 6…and they are verses 27-34…and we read…“Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? 28) "And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29) Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30) If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you-you of little faith? 31) So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32) For the pagans run after all these things and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33) But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34) Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Isn’t it amazing how worry can easily take the place of faith? When everything is going well…we can easily speak words of faith…but the true test of our faith in God comes, when the worst is standing before us. One thing I am being reminded of today; is that if God made us in His image; then why wouldn’t He care for His very own? In other words…why would God choose to create one that He could love; but yet not care for the one whom He lovingly made? You know…there are times, when the pain in my body can be difficult to handle…and there have been moments, when I stopped to question God’s ways…as to why He wasn’t relieving the pain; but then later, I came to see that it wasn’t Him that didn’t care for me; but rather, I was allowing my faith to weaken with the pain, which only allowed me to be more deeply connected with the pain, rather than God. Once I turned that around and began to call out His name, with a heart of faith; that is when I truly began to see the difficult moments become much easier. Today, can you truly say without a doubt; that you are for sure that your God will take care of you…no matter what you face? In other words…do you have a faith that is steadfast and strong…one that can lift you above the moments that attempt to take you down? You know…it doesn’t matter, if we are struggling financially or whether we are dealing with chronic pain…illness…or even deep heartache…because the God I have come to know; is the same, for every situation we face…and if He can care for the flowers of the field…and the birds of the air; then why wouldn’t He care for us? No matter what your circumstance is attempting to convince you of; may I encourage you, to reconnect with a faith; that can help you to soar above these difficult moments you’re facing…that you may disconnect from a controlling circumstance, to reconnect with a God, who will truly care for you…AMEN…PRAISE HIM!! Well…I’m off to my kitchen to do a couple things…and then we’ll see what God has for me next…but I truly hope and pray that you will have a very nice Friday! Take good care and I will hope to see ya soon…God bless! It’s Always & Only Because of Him… Diane Comments are closed.
