![]() Hello everyone...and a "Happy Thursday" to you! I hope and pray that your day is off to a good start! It's a beautiful morning here...in the Inland Northwest! The sun is shining...and another new summer day is beginning, as the squirrels play in the yard, while birds are everywhere! One thing I love about this picture...to the left of my writing this morning; is it reminds me of myself. I just love the country life...and I'll tell you...I could picture myself sitting in a field, with paper and pen in hand...writing on the beauty that God has surrounding me. You know...I remember the times, when after a knee surgery...my husband would pack me in pillows and take me down by a beautiful lake, to relax and get me away from the house. Each time I went, I would take a tablet and pen...and allow God to inspire me and renew me in His presence...so you see, I wasn't only getting a break from the house; but I was allowing God to refresh me and renew me, for the moments that were still before me. Sometimes we can feel so overwhelmed by life...to the place, where we want to give up. Its seems as though our surroundings keep beating us up with the thought; that we will never make it. May I encourage you today, to get away from the problem and spend some quiet moments with God...where you can let Him refresh you and renew you in His spirit. I truly believe that there are times, when we just need a shot of the Holy Spirit, to strengthen us and uplift us...so we can continue to deal with the issues that God may be allowing in our lives at the moment. God's word says in Psalm 34:19... "The good man does not escape all troubles—he has them too. But the Lord helps him in each and every one." You know...we were never promised a life free from troubles; but the Lord did promise to help us in each and everyone...so get alone with Him today and let His presence alone...reignite you and bring you to a place, where you can keep your head above the troubled waters...of whatever you may be facing right now. I truly pray that you will have a very blessed day...and may God be very close to you...every minute and second of this day! God bless you so much...Diane Comments are closed.
