June 29, 2019 | Good evening...

Good evening everyone! I thought I'd stop by for a bit...before resting for the night. It's been a busy day...but a good one. I just got off the phone with our international friend, after a good talk...and now I'm enjoying some time with my feet up, while my husband is helping me out with the dishes. The evening couldn't be any better!
One thing I have truly learned over the years...especially while supporting our international friend; is that it doesn't take much for me to be happy. I remember a time, when material things mattered...but now, it's just so good to be able to sit...relax and enjoy some quiet moments of peace.  Seems like the simple things in life mean much more to me, than they ever did. Anyways...life is good, even through tiredness and pain...and why? Because it's real...it's life and even more...these are the moments that draw me even closer to Jesus...and that's what I love the most!
