Good evening everyone...and how was your Tuesday? I sure hope it was a nice one! Today has been a beautiful day for me! The sun has been shining bright, with a nice breeze in the air...and even more...a cute squirrel was found sitting on top of the roof of one of my birdhouses, eating an apple...lol. I truly think that God knew that I could use a laugh today!
Anyways...there can be times...after facing a difficult day, where we just want to go and hide under the covers and never come out again. Little do we realize it at the time; that Satan is only using these trying times in a day, to get us to give up completely. The only thing bad about that; is if we do; then we will never come to see the end of the story...that we are now living.
One thing I know for sure; is that God always promises good endings, to the times we face in this life of chaos, pain and heartache. If we didn't experience a good ending; then everything Christ died for would be in vain...right?
I remember a time, when my famous words used to be... "I just want to quit!" Life was too difficult at the time...and I guess that all I wanted was the easy way out. One thing God did show me through time; is that there was going to be a great ending, to what He first allowed...and the only way I was going to see the magnificent ending He had planned; would be to live it out to completion.
Many times, Satan attempts to take hold of us...like a puppet on a string. He walks us through every thought of what we have already faced...and is out to convince us that there is even more to come. Once we take hold of the bait...he begins to take control and manipulate each thought and feeling, until we see nothing good...but the worst that we are already facing.
If we are ever going to see what an awesome God can truly do through these moments brought on by evil...and see Him come to life within our lives; then we must get up each day...look for the footsteps He has for us to walk in and keep walking, until He has led us to the magnificent ending that He has planned for our lives.
As we close another day together, may I encourage you to keep pressing on...and not because you have to; but because you are in search of an ending...that can truly bring about a brand new beginning to your life...AMEN!!
Tonight, I pray that you will rest in the arms of God...and as you rest there, may He give you the strength to keep moving forward, into another new day!
Have a good night of rest...sleep well...and I will hope to be with you again tomorrow!
Many...many blessings on your day!
It's Always & Only Because of Him...
