Hello everyone...and a very "Happy Tuesday" to you all! Just think...today's a new day! Yesterday is gone for good...and a new day of new possibilities stands before us...praise Him!
You know...there can be moments...even when we've chosen to follow Jesus; that we find it hard to take one more step forward. Seems like life has gotten old, with the circumstances that surround us...to the place, where we have weakened in spirit...and can't see any reason to continue on. Many times I have felt this in my life...as I have been journeying with God for over 50 years of my life. Sometimes, the path can seem smooth and easier to pass through, while other times, I feel as if I am crawling through life.
One thing I'm being reminded of today; is that those moments, when we just can't take one more step forward, should not make us feel defeated; but rather, this should be the time, when we fall into God's loving arms; so He can carry us through the times; that just seem so impossible to walk through.
Look at it this way...sometimes, we as His sheep get wounded by the enemy. We haven't been counted as dead...just wounded and sometimes those wounds can seem so painful; that we just can't move on. We sit in the path and wonder if we will be forgotten; but then Jesus walks back to His wounded sheep and scoops them into His loving arms and carries them close to His heart...where they can recover from these wounds, while feeling loved and cared for.
No matter what you may be walking through...and no matter how difficult it may seem to walk through these moments...don't try to muddle through on your own and suffer needlessly...and don't give up and think that these wounds may defeat you; but rather, say to God... "I'm trying Lord, but I just can't make it anymore." I truly believe that once you do this; that He will say... "That's ok, my child...I will carry you, until you are once more strong enough to press on."
Today...as we walk through the moments that lie ahead of us; I pray that we will stop leaning on our own ways...and truly fall into the arms of a God, who can carry us through the difficult times in our lives...Amen!!
Have a nice day with God...stay strong in Him...and know that all things are possible, to those who believe! See ya this evening!
Many...many blessings on your Tuesday!
It's Always & Only Because of Him...
