Good evening everyone! I hope you had a good day in the Lord! I praise God that He was there for me, as I went grocery shopping today! In fact...He gave me and my husband the best cab driver...and even more...He sustained my legs and brought me through all the standing and walking! Thank you Lord!
You know...one thing I was talking with my husband about, when we returned home...is how easy it is for some to go about their day...never thinking about pain...weakness or even tiredness from the pain. For some like me...moments like these have a tendency of making us feel as if we are walking alone...in a world of our own; that others just may not understand. At times, we can feel as if we are walking through the darkest valley; but one thing God keeps reminding me...is that I am never alone in these sometimes dark and distant valleys, for He goes everywhere I go...and He truly is there to guide, comfort and keep me...no matter what!
Just as we may experience days like these...we can also come to see the night, as a very lonely time, when we are unable to sleep and let go of the things from the day. In fact, these kind of nights can make the situations of the day seem even darker, as they attempt to haunt us throughout the night hour.
No matter what may be attempting to make us feel alone and in a world of our own...God is only a prayer away...for He is never distant from any one of us. We must remember that the circumstance is what makes us feel like that...and can even attempt to convince us that God is no longer there for us; but I have come to see that when I'm on overload and I reach out to God during the night...that He is there and is more than able to be the comforter I need...so I can settle down and relax.
You know...just because you may be walking down a dark and lonely valley of circumstance; that doesn't mean that God isn't there with you...but one thing I have truly come to see; is that we will never feel His presence walking close beside us, if we are more deeply focused on the darkness of this valley we're walking through; so invite Him into this dark and lonely valley and give Him a chance to show you that He is there...and will ALWAYS be there for you...Amen!!
As you rest for the night and prepare for another new day, I pray that you will feel the closeness of God's presence, as He places His comforter of peace upon you...and may you truly come to see that you are never alone, while walking through the darkest valley!
Have a great night of peace and sweet rest...and I will hope to be with you again tomorrow!
Many, many blessings on your night!
It's Always & Only Because of Him...
