Hello everyone...and a very "Happy Friday" to you all! I don't know what you're thinking right now...but I'm thinking on how good God has been to me this week! Just think...no matter what we've faced, during these past days...God has been there to sustain us and bring us through another week...praise Him!
Today's Bible verse in Hebrews 10:36, has truly been with me for many years! I will never forget the first time I took hold of this verse of hope. I was going through some of the worst times in my life and when God opened this verse to me...He showed me that the only way I was going to experience His best...and all that He had once promised me; was to keep moving forward and not sit in the path of despair and give up...and today, I can truly tell you that I am so glad that I let this verse lead the way for me!
You know...there can be devastating moments in our lives, when the temptation to give up seems to keep encircling our thoughts. At the time, we can feel that giving up is the easiest route to take...because we can just sit there and do nothing, while we continue to wallow in the difficult times; but through my own past experiences...that became the most difficult route for me to take because instead of it feeling easier...I actually found that giving up only kept me surrounded in despair, which only led me to needless suffering...suffering that God had never intended for me to go through.
Today, you may feel that the thread of hope that you've been clinging to, is getting too hard to hold onto. May I encourage you today...to shift over to a God, who will hold you up through these difficult times and will be the strength you need, until He lifts you completely out of these moments you're facing.
As we continue to walk through another day, my prayer is that we all will find the strength through Christ, to keep pressing on...and instead of focusing on what's wrong; I pray that we will begin to anticipate what lies ahead of us...Amen!!
May you truly have a very blessed Friday...take care and I will hope to be with you again this evening!
Many...many blessings on your day!
It's Always & Only Because of Him...
